Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, order cancellations, modifications, lost packages, stolen packages, and insurance-related claims are handled at Vibe Hoodie Shop.

1. Modification and Cancellation Refunds

We provide a full refund for modification or cancellation requests submitted within the first 24 hours after purchase.

After 24 hours, your order may already be processed, prepared, or in production. In that case, we may not be able to modify, cancel, or refund the order.

2. Refunds for Returned Items

  • Delivery confirmation details
  • The carrier’s policy

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund, reshipment, or another suitable solution.

6. Stolen Package

Before submitting a stolen package claim, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

7. Refunds for Insurance Orders

For orders covered by shipping insurance, if your order was successfully delivered but you did not receive it, we may offer one of the following options after review:

  • Provide a refund of up to 70% of the order amount
